Enrich & Connect
Where passions and people meet
Enrich & Connect provides personalised, interest-led mentoring and alternative provision for children and young people who need something different from a traditional learning environment.
We believe connection comes first. By starting with a young person’s interests, passions and strengths, we create opportunities for them to build trusted relationships, grow in confidence and reconnect with learning at their own pace.
Our 1:1 mentoring is shaped around the individual. That might mean creating art, sewing, drawing, making, exploring nature, gaming, cooking, music or something completely different. We carefully match young people with mentors who share or understand their interests, giving them a genuine point of connection from which relationships and learning can grow.
For young people who need a longer or more structured session, our Alternative Provision offers a calm, low-demand environment where creativity and interests can be explored alongside an experienced mentor. Our current creative pathways include portfolio building, Arts Award through a partner assessor and simply having the freedom to explore, make and create without academic pressure.
Many of the young people we work with are neurodivergent, experiencing anxiety or burnout, have struggled to access education or simply thrive better when learning is flexible and led by what matters to them.
We are not tutors and we do not deliver a traditional curriculum. Instead, we provide safe, supportive spaces where young people can connect with another person, rediscover their interests and experience learning in a way that feels meaningful to them.
